Owning At The Lodge
The Beaver Creek Lodge allows for hotel unit owners to have ample usage of their private suite via a deed restriction that requires the suite to be made available for rental throughout the year. Owners may use their suite up to 30 days in the winter (Nov 1 - June 30) & 30 days in the summer (July 1 - Oct 31).
Owners may choose to engage the on-site hotel operator or establish an alternative rental arrangement. There is an on-site team for front desk, accounting, concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance within the building.
